PS 2 vs Yokohama Advan v103 vs CSC3

Hi All,
Need some urgent advice. Car in KL and need to change one tyre ASAP as the side wall bulged out after hitting pot hole and revealed some metallic tyre internals. Can still drive but wife feeling very uncomfortable. My e90 323 is on Michelin PS2 RFT all round. The front tyre is 225/40 R18" Michelin PS2 RFT. RFTs not readily available in KL, called BMW dealer (Autobavaria), they need to order it from Germany and it takes 2 weeks!
What should I do?
1) Do I need to change two front tyres or can change just one? to non-RFTs?
2) Michelin PS2 non RFT, entire KL no stock! Can you believe it?!
3) Pirelli P-zero rosso is priced at Rm1050 per piece (R18 225/40)
4) Yokohama Advan is priced at Rm 800 per piece.
Please advice.

how much thread left for your existing 3 tyres? if they are more than 60%, keep it and just change one to non-run flat.
you shld not drive on ur busted tyre anymore, get it change to non-run flat asap.
