Oil Indicator

[SWS330]

Guys,

wanna check with you all. Everytime after the car (it's E46 330)is started, the oil indicator of my car lights up (yellow) but only for approx. 10-15 seconds. Initially I thought the oil level is low, but it's not. Is it possible that the oil pump is already weak and need to be replaced? What's the impact if I don't replace it because it doesn't really affect the driving. What's the cost if need to be replaced?

doesnt seem to be any problem
I see that in my Z4 3L all the time and no problem but dont think mine is that long tho

I have the same problem. Workshop told me it's the oil level sensor failing. They say no hurry and no harm, can just continue driving, then get it changed together with next oil change can liow. Meanwhile you can just rely on the good-ol' dipstick to check oil level.
