Office window film

Is there a window film that

1) blocks nearly all UV from entering the window

2) allows full visibility (little to no tint effect) from inside the office looking out

3) allows zero visibility from outside looking into the office (fully reflective on the outside)

4) retains characteristic as listed in (3) in night time situations where the inside of the office is well lit whereas it is dark outside the office. I'm not very sure but I think fulfilling this condition in such situations is the difficult bit. If I recall right, the typical one way reflective films don't work where the room is better illuminated than the exterior?

Like some hairsaloon ....... I think they stick few layors of thick dark black films both in/out side.

Yah but ideally as listed in condition (2), I'd like to have a clear view when I look outside, not dark.

shaun, cool n lite has a completely transparent film that filters UV and heat. pop by their showroom at ubi and try it out yourself. there r 2 panels with and without the clear film and the spot light shining down on each. u can so feel the difference.

have tinted my home windows with these and it helps to keep the heat out.

You should ask Sherman. He is the king of window films for cars, offices, toilets, etc.

Thanks will do, though from all info I've found so far, it seems one way tints require the light gradient to be a specific way in order to guarantee one way property in that direction.
