Noises from E39

I am hearing 2 noises from my car and wondering if anyone ever encountered them. These noises can only be heard when I roll down my windows and driving in enclosed area like carpark:-

1. Squishing noise from my front shocks when they go over humps. Rear shocks are silent. The noise sounds like pneumatic operating. Handling is fine.

2. High-pitched whining noise only when car is moving and turning right (turning left doesn't create the sound). Noise is present even if I don't step on brakes while turning.

Thanks.

Your bushings are worn out. Do it at the next servicing

Bro,
I have the same issue with running over humps sometimes. A small squeak sound at the left rear. Will probably have then checked out during my nxt svc.
cheers

Had the same experienced b4, got it checked & found that break pads has worn out.

Actually, I was hoping that that was one of the causes. My brakes and rotors are almost worn. Waiting for the warning light to come on.

Front rotors and pad +sensor will set you back about $300 including labour.
I just got mine done couple weeks ago. Do it now and enjoy it now. Whats more, its for your own safety.
After replacing, the new brakes will be alittle spongy. Takes a few drives before the normal brake feeling comes back
