Noise from rim

PmL is saying the brake noise is from my rim despite having a original 19" M rim.

Reason they gave is that the rim is for 6 series and not F10 due to different offset. Any expert advice and 2nd opinion.

Only the front and when it come to complete stop, a high pitch sound

Tried torquing the wheel studs to the correct strength?
