I think it's really too light punishment for someone who did such a thing (Hows the victim family will feel....) , No offence it just my personal view.

like that ah long can just hire some low life ah beng w/o lisen to use a car to ram somebody...after all ,its just 4mths. They can even implement bonus for "1 broken legs = $500 , die = no bonus...etc etc ...." Best part if the person is not dead...sentence could be only 2mths what....than if ah beng did not drink...further reduce to 2 weeks only?
