Newie to bmw

Hi guys' i'm buying a E92 335i.Still weighing the pros and cons of getting the car from a PI or PML.As i will be modding the car,i think the warranty will be void by whoever i buy the car from..
Any advice?

What kind of mods are you looking at? If you are gonna alter the boost, change downpipes and exhaust, install FMIC, then effectively no diff.

Hi and welcome..agree with what Kenntona said..just want to add that u should also consider the features that u really need..like iDrive (no need to spec it if u have no use for it)..

also check out another thread about 135i from PI. a host of probs after he got the car.
also if you like to find out what actually happened to me at PML (which made me thankful that i got the car from PML as the PIs would most likely not reveal to me) and how well they took care of the mishap, give me your contact no and i will ring you to tell you all about it. sorry, cant post nor reveal in public due to legal settlement signed.

Not exactly true about PI's workshop judging from previous exp with them.My only worries are the main items like the DCT breaking down.Will the PI be able to fix it?

One mod will lead to another I believe they're never ending...How torelant is your workshop on your mods?Change exhaust,warranty void?Or you mod your car with them to keep the warranty?

Hope you enjoy yourself here.

As for the question of PI or AD, I will go for AD. No matter if you r going to mod or stay stock.... its still peace of mind that matters. Too many unsavoury real life story on PI liao....

But with that said, there may be good PIs, but its the chances you have to take.

Beyond drug already...its real poison.

Now I everynite thinking abt whether to use Roof coilovers from BVO or get KW v2 street comfort. nearly 1k different....

JB3 might be the 1st mod to come besides a nice set of rims..Still figuring out which workshop carries what products.Prefer to have everything done in one place as it'll be easier.Btw who does the JB3 and how much does it cost?

JB3 is one of the best mod for 335..immediate increase in horsepower..look for Andre of BOSS (see sponsor site)..
