Since some of you guys are in the money markets and owners of small-medium sized businesses. Have setup a discussion forum to group some of the financial/stocks/unit trust discussions here.

It's the "All about Business" forum.

Hello, I'm still quite new to this forum. Wonderful idea to gather biz minded people here as well! I'm 20 this year, enlisting soon. But I'm very keen about investments and making money work for me instead of the other way round. More keen in the forex section though, been reading and practicing at a demo account.

Also keen in the events biz.. Anyone wanna work sth out, or better still be my mentor in investing.. hahaha.

i work in the art industry, I'm Singaporean and based in Hong Kong. I'm sure you get to read about the art scene in SG pretty often and how much $$ our government invest in this field. The government is doing everything to promote Singapore as an Art hub. A lot of our ministers/MPs are avid collectors and art lovers too. If you want to know more about this luxurious investment, feel free to contact me. If you want to attend any exhibitions for an eye opening experience or just want to get free drinks, you are more than welcomed to join me Art is just not confined to Fine Art or your Picassos, remember,almost every bank (top 4) in SIngapore has an art collection, for a reason, including HDB !

Yes, in terms of photography, you can also consider sculptures and installation art. I think today's Straits Times talk about public sculptures Pg 2. If you want to know more, go to Borders or Kinokuniya and get your copy of Asian Art News and World Sculpture News. If you want to buy for investment, you can always contact me.
