New F13 gets Revol'd

Hi all

Just went to Gavin today and had the Diamond treatment done on my 3 day old Vermillion Red F13. Kudos to Gavin for his fantastic service. (Also great sales pitch - ended up with the full works - Diamond treatment and Maintenance Package)

Here are the before and afters
(Same camera Canon G12, before taken at midday, after taken at about 6)

Well, someone was going on about possibly a baby on the way and all that - so, I reckon the F10's still the best bet

Besides, it's the same freight train monster of an engine with endless pull - so, you're not missing out on anything there

Gavin actually told me that your CB would be more wet looking ....

Car indented thru PI. Didn't spec in the LED. Slightly regret but car still looks great. New 20in shoes on Wednesday....Supersprint quad pipes on the way...

Bro, please please post pics of the new shoes and new ass when they are ready... I say again, red is so delicious on this car.

Guys, sorry to sound noob here. Just collected my white f13 today hehe. Question is, do I need to run in the car before I can rev the car up to 6krpm? I was told
nowadays no need to run in cars one. Any truth to this?

Also, is 95 fuel good enough for a 640i?

Hi Drumminz.... I have a 3 month old F12 640i... mileage alrdy 7500km... ya i drive a lot... really enjoy the ride very much.... So far I have been pumping SPC 95 and 98 alernate... I get about 420km for a full tank based on 70% highway and 30% city. The computer will show fuel consumption of 7.2km/l.
But recently I went on Vpower and I feel that the consumption is much better... full tank gets me close to 500km and the computer shows 8km/l.
Hope this info helps...

Oooh - I get about 650km on a full tank of V-power, but this is with foot super lightly on Eco Pro most of the time...

Bro wobbles... I believe u r saying 650km and not 650km/h! Ha ha ha... that is very good mileage! My car may be heavier cos it is convertible. And I am on normal mode plus quite heavy footed...
