There is the E60 535 out already. Just that Singapore doesn't bring them in. And it looks like a regular 5-series. The photo that u see is just photoshopped.

I think the 535 thats available is the diesel because I don't see them available on the UK and German market. That will be the 535d.

I don't know where the rumour of the 535i came from.

535i (bi-turbo 3 litre) is only available in US market and has been on the road for quite sometime....

Hi, sorry to hijack this thread, but I have something to ask with regard to the new car collection process.

A friend of one has just booked a 5 Series with PML, and as part of the deal he gets V-Kool included. However, the salesman told him that once V-kool is done, the new car cannot be picked up from inside the New Car Delivery Centre @ Sime Darby (which is air-conditioned). Rather, the car would have to be picked up from the carpark. The salesman said that such a practice was due to company policy.

Therefore, I would like to enquire if any of you had been affected by this delivery process policy and if so, did you manage to persuade the salesman to let you pick up the car inside the air-conditioned room?

i understand from my SE that PML might bring in the new version of the 535i based on petrol engine. Is a 3L engine with twin turbo - same as 335i engine. however, look-wise same

By the time PML brings in the 535i, might as well wait for the new F10 5-series in 2010... that may see some changes to the engine. Maybe extra power ;P

Perhaps the new 7 that will be launched in Sep. will give some hints of what's coming in F10.

Most definately... will be the new BMW design architecture for the next model cycle.
The 4.4L twin turbo definately sounds yummy
