Reading your mod diary was what inspired me to get as many mods as I could get done, all on the first day :)

Yes, that was me, my wife & my daughter :)

';Thanks, I love my M-suit as well but wasn't happy with my rims. Wife and I both love the hyperblack design initally but could not get over the psycho barrier that it was a brandless TW rim (blame it on the Great White who was the 1st one to make negative comments about them:oops: ) Anyway, believe the deep dish may not allow me to install BBK in the future.

Really liked the QD7 after seeing Omar's car at SWC and even enquired about ordering them with Daniel/Tristen but as of now, still does not have the heart to commit my funds into this mod:(

Too many mods to consider...damn this bimmer

Wow, modding your mod to mod again - real HARDcore man! :nehnehhh:

Just ordered the M-Tech side skirts - price seems quite good. Went down to J4C and KBS to look at coilovers, ARBs, exhausts, rear diffuser...

You are right. Damn this bimmer

I've been looking at RAC Monolites a lot lately.

R A C Monolites

If this is done originally for BMW, and still in production, why nobody interested in it? It's almost the lightest, seems to be damn strong from the Elise forums, and look nice. And the brake clearance is incredible because of the mesh structure really give you space for even the fat ones like Alcons. The price I think is a little cheaper than the Neez.

I am interested. Already sent email to their sales but haven't got any reply yet! Can you arrange the group buy for the peoples in this forum? thanks.

Hello Jadis.

RAC Monolites has a group buy specialist. I think he's a paid professional just to do group buys, but I may be wrong.

You can contact him via this post:

The Cayman Club - RAC Monolite Group buy Wheels built by Champion Motorsport

PM him if necessary. I think the cut off point for group buy is `at least 15'. I am really looking forward to receiving my wheels sometime in April, they are lovely and most important, light and reputedly very very strong.

Re: Neez

I will wait and see whether RAC will reply or refer me to him. Btw, what are the offset on your group buy? you mentioned 18" right?

offset is still under discussion in the cayman group buy. you see, they can do ANYTHING. I would want minimum offset, deeper dish, but the design of RS98 (base design) will stretch out the spokes until have great brake clearance.

Re: Neez

So only standard offset will be made for the group buy. It may be suitable for Caymans but may not fit the bimmers. Are you buying for your cayman or..........?

oh you misunderstand me.

The Cayman group buy is for cayman.

I am telling you that, if you are interested, you should tell that Group Buy guy to come to this BMW forum to organize a group buy for BMW people.

No way you can use porky wheels. bolt pattern all different.
