One lawyer quoted me $5k to open a case file once. Almost fainted.

Maybe he thinking of a retainer... but too cheap for a retainer.

Another perspective to looking at the expensive fees quoted is that the lawyer is actually discouraging you to pursue the case. The path to obtain legal justice is most unpredictable and may take a long time. In events where the odds are less favorable, legal recourse should be the last resort. In some cases, you may win in principle but may ended up poorer than you started.

Bro ts. Like bro wobbles said. Tis is singapore... gov really wont b wrong 1. I understand ur situation. If its me i also wil b du lan. Bt it wil bring u no where no matter wat u do. I myself got into more trouble then yours n best thing is im nt the driver. Its abt jay walking. (At sungei kadut)... its actually more dark at nite then wat u post... plus so many big truck there n those blacky panic there. Bt when things happen i also suck thumb lppl
