More Aussies!!!

:wavey: Hi everybody!

My name is Hansen and I'm another Aussie coming up to Singapore for a few weeks in February. Like Daniel I'm half Singaporean.

I drive a 4 Door Cosmos Black w/ Black Leather Interior E36 323i, which is very lightly modded atm:
- King Spring Superlows
- 16" CSA Prowlers (I hate these wheels so bad)
- 35% tint on the front 2 windows, the rear half of the car is 20%
- Grey Front Corner Indicators, Smoked Side Indicators and Smoked Rear Clusters

I have ordered custom numberplates, which should arrive on my doorstep hopefully early next week: [ DTM ]

Next things on the list:
- M-tec Side Mouldings & Various Bodykit parts
- LSD, CAI, US M3 Cams
- Twin Exhaust System (the headers are 6-2, which collect into 1 at the cat - I wanna keep two pipes all the way through)

Aaaaanywho, back to the matter at hand. In February, I too will be in Singapore!!! Yaaay! Would love to check out some of your cars, especially E36'ers - I think its always great to see what people in other areas, and even better, countries, are doing! Plus, if you guys know where to get some cheap parts... :woottt:

Anyhow, I cant wait to go back to SG - My mum is Singaporean, and I was born there, but havent been back for a number of years!

Unfortunately Uni starts again on the 28th of February. However, I do believe I can skip first week.

Failing that, I guess you guys are just gonna have to organise a "lets show off to the Aussies" cruise!!!

Unfortunately Uni starts again on the 28th of February. However, I do believe I can skip first week.

1st week is always orientation week!! Unless u are a 1st-semester newbie, just ask your friends to keep the course outlines!! See if u can access your allocation of lectures/tutorials via the net... So can skip at least the 1st 1-2wks...

Yeah, this is my 4th year.

O week is actually 2 weeks before, but yeah, first week is still an "Introduction-to" week.

Anyhow, I've finished washing the car. Its too hot to wax it properly which sucks, stupid Australian summers, so I'll go take some piccies now. Won't have them up until after work tonite... :whipper:

Well, the flight is booked. 7th Feb until the 1st March... ohh looky, I CAN make the group get together! Yay!!!

My digicam is giving me the s***s!!! I cant get the piccies off it... :angry:

Once I figure out whats wrong and get these pics uploaded, I'll post up soon.

So... who can recommend some clubs for meee... oh yeah, is drinking age 18 or 21 over there (its 18 in aus, but I know like in the States its 21) and since I'm 20, I could be put out in the cold. RnB clubs preferred, but I'll hit up the dance clubs if I have to!

And in regards to Drift Nationals, my friend came 2nd in his Matte-Black AE86!!! Generally, we're unhappy seeing as he should have one, and was robbed of the title, but hey, 2nd ain't too bad at all I reckon!

Well, I'm here!!! First thing I did was buy a 7.1MP (interpolated) digicam w/ 512MB, which is shorter than my Sony Erricson T630, for so little I just had to :laughlik:. Running on 3.2MP, I can take just under 1,000 pics without uploading.

Hey Kenny, I've heard much about you and read your posts on dtmpower, what you doing on this site? You're not in Singapore before March the 1st are you??? I nearly went to Pultney - got a Scholorship there - but there were security issues with that school that year, and lots of people didnt enrol their kids there.

Kenny - I saw your post on dtmpower with Dave's E30 ratios... you wouldnt happen to be able to do the same for me would you? E36 1996 323i? I wanna see what the best diff is for me... cos dang this 2.93 sucksorz, especially cos it openwheels...

...which brings me onto the drift action. Uhh, I can tell you guys how to do it, and well, if you want to hand over the keys, I'm down for that ffor a few very timid corners, but only if you got LSD. Openwheel, especially in the wet, is unsafe. Very very unsafe.

Turns out my mate Simon somehow wrote off his driftbeast today. Havent heard the full story yet... but it doesn't sound good. Hopefully he is a-ok though. He sounds very anti-drift atm too... details very vague still.

Ok people, so I've heard of a place called... FOUR FLOORS OF WHORES.
