Ray Elbe is a mixed martial arts fighter. He's been punched and kicked throughout the course of his career.

On Dec 3, he broke his penis.

He was having sex with his girlfriend in Malaysia when the accident happened.

Mr Elbe spoke about the accident in a YouTube video. He said: "I was having intercourse with my girlfriend... and ended up breaking - fracturing - my penis bone. It's actually possible, guys."

He passed out from the pain and was rushed to a hospital for emergency surgery. Mr Elbe tore his urinary tract in the incident, leaving him unable to relieve himself properly for the first few weeks after the fracture.

Thankfully, it was a success, and doctors expect a full recovery.

He made the video to raise awareness that a penis fracture is a medical emergency.

"A lot of guys actually get to the point where there is no repair, because they're embarrassed," Mr Elbe said.

Am no kkj expert, but there aren't any bones in human penis, only in mammals like chimps and gorilla. Baculum.

What happened to this guys is probably a muscle rupture.

ehm....
I ve seen such a case once before.
There is no bone in the penile but when it is" fractured" it means one of the covering( muscular fascia) is broken due to force.
like the report, usually, you will have snapping sound, severe pain and bleeding plus flaccidity of the penis.

the case I remembered. the guy came in with a discolured penis. like chinese sausage......
