M5 steering with paddle shift on 2007 LCI E60

Hi guys, good day to u all!
Need some help regarding installing this M5 steering with shifters on my LCI e60 but heard need to wirings and reflashing the ECU in order for it to recognize the paddle shifters.

May I know can it be done and any recommendation who does this mob here in SGP?
