Actually I cant detect any difference in the firmness of the ride,just the car feels a lot lower and yes can help improve driving skills!

installed at Juzz for cars @ Sin ming...H&R, $600 incl GST + wheel alignment

will post pics later, not feeling well past few days...

If too low -- too bumpy
From my experience ( used to drive BMW 320, with 19 rim and lowered suspension), may have problems when going up certain HDB multi storey carpark -- some scarpping sound when go over a hump
Better not

if its hard enough, and you don't drive fast, hump no problem.... If the hump scraps the bottom, alot of car will scrap the hump... maybe after a while, it will flat out after many scraps....lol
