KW Variant V2

Hi Guys,

I'm got this lobang for a set of used KW Variant 2 Coilovers. They have roughly 12000 Miles on them. How would these compare to the Bilstein PSS9s. The price is roughly US$600. Would the coilovers for US cars fit our rides or would they be lopsided? The broken spring collars in the photo have been replaced with new ones.
Any advice?

pretty good deal. US600 = S1k. Replacement cost for dampers when the time comes, is about $1600. Therefore total cost next time is $2600, compared to about $2800 agar agar for a new KW2.

so the bonus is you get to enjoy free mileage of the KW2 dampers above that of 12000miles (=19200km) KW2 can typically last, in good condition, till upwards of 50000km.

even if you factor in freight cost, is still considered a good deal. Replacement dampers can be bought from our local dealer, but best is to check with him if you can purchase the replacement dampers.

it wouldnt be lopsided because the ride height is fully adjustable.

KW2 is a good suspension. i'm already on my 2nd set. gives you a very confident poise especially when pushing hard on the track. If you decide to pass on this lobang i know of someone who might be interested. do let me know.

haha I missed out on the lobang lah. I tried called KW but they are on PST by the time they were opened they were sold to someone on the Eastern Seaboard. Sucks man. Heart so painful. Could have save loads of money

OK got another KW V2 coilovers lobang
Any idea how much I should pay for just 1 side of the coilover? Namely the Driver's side coilover. Any idea where I might be able to purchase it?

typically you should just pay 1/4 of the cost of a new set, but before hand check with our local agent eurowerks if you can buy the other side in individual parts.
