JL Audio Cleansweep CL441dsp

Anyone heard of this?

Saw it on JL Audio's website. Seems to be a signal processor that will take input from almost anything (read: speaker level 4 channels), and then convert to digital, then using DSP to normalise the signal, before sending it out as 8V analog to drive your amps.

Comes with a calibration CD.

Also has an AUX input, useful if you are thinking of installing iPod or Revo.

Anyone looking at this? For me, the AUX input is very interesting, since it will allow me to install Revo as well.

Did some more googling around, seems very new. List price US$399. At that price, forget it. Will go for the DavidNavone, and live without Revo...

But will continue to monitor.

There is also some pointers to a Alpine V-Hub, which provides AI-Net connectivity to stock HU/displays...
