Is there suppose to have light at the back seat 12V outlet ring?

I realized that for the 12V outlet at the rear (passenger) there is a transparent ring similar to the front outlet at the cup holder. But this back one got no light at night unlike the front one. Is this normal? :thinking:

its supposed to be lighted up if headlights are on....

Can I confirmed if you are driving a F10? I checked just now, no lights when headlight is on.
