Is there any tire shop out there know which allows like the credit card 0% interest free installment plan.

A bit tight this few mnths n when comes to tire cannot play play.

citibank... but they only carry continental, falken and maybe some other brands...

I believe Leong Seng has 0% installment plans with some cards.
