invitation to all BMW.SG members for gathering @ country club event

i would like to invite BMW.SG to attend a carnival during 5th to 7th dec 2008 . Best date for BMW.SG member to come will be on 7th Dec sunday . Do i need to get approve before i can post the invitation to all members???

only invited guests will have free buffet and wine.............

please let me know.... if not gunna ban to join BMW.SG....
