I love Macca and I love Fowler even more...
I started a little further back when Bob Paisley was manager... 1979 to be exact.
And I was lucky enough when I was studying in the UK to have caught 63 matches at Anfield. Till this day, nothing can better the 2001 Carling Cup Semi-Finals against Crystal Palace where we won 5-1 and I was at the Kop end singing, chanting for the team and taunting Clinton Morrison like I was one of them... Because of that night, I know I will die happy regardless...

Heheh... No wonder I landed in this thread - cos bro Charles is another scouser hahaha. I started back in Dalglish's days, Jimmy Barnes, Ian Rush, Macca, Beardsley, those were the guys I grew up worshipping. Of course, then, there was god, and his infamous white line snorting antics... Hehehehe.
I was lucky enough to visit Anfield in 2010, even touched the "this is Anfield" plaque as they herded us through the tunnel onto the Kop itself. Didn't wash my hand for a week after that.....

Excellent! Good to know another Liverpool fan!
That team under Dalglish was probably our best ever. Had it not been for the European ban, I reckon we would have won at least another 2 European Cups (or Champions' League as we now all know it as).
And I think John Barnes is still my favourite player of all times... I still remember his debut against QPR where he passed 4 players before scoring with his weaker right foot.

And I held the firm believe that if Rob Jones didn't got injured and retired, G Neville would never have held the England right back spot so long.
