Here are some pictures of Ardika's fuel rail w/injectors. His car will be firing up later today, and dyno tuned tomorrow with the new 1200cc low impedence injectors and new Okada Project coils.
Our engineers created a fuel system test bench and tested various combinations of fuel lines, 3 different types of fuel pressure regulators, 4 different types of fuel pumps, various fuel pressure regulator locations, and compared fuel pressures at various points along the rail and on both ends to ensure there is equal fuel pressure when flowing enough fuel for 1000rwhp!
This has now been incorporated into Ardika's car with two auxiliary fuel pumps, two -6 feed lines with a -8 junction rail feed, a separate fuel pressure regulator with gauge, and a new return line. The injectors have been flow tested and are match 1200cc's, and we've created our own fuel rail that bolts right up.
Later today we're going to fire up the car with the new injectors and retune all of the maps using the new "low" impedance injectors. I'll post up the results shortly.
