I do take MRT once a blue moon and every ride experience make me wonder what is the actual Singapore population. Official Gov record says 5.5M but I believe its about 6.5 to 7.5M.

I havent taken Bus for a long time but I believe u can spot chio bus students but i discourage this as I dont want any more peasants end up in jail like our poor Robotic peasant...

You should take the bus and MRT sometimes. You get to see the forest.

friend back from Jakarta, say our MRT world class... he use 2 hours to travel 5Km to work peak hour.

I rather walk. Walk fast one hour can liao, if stroll then one-and-a-half hour for 5 km. Either option, still faster than two hours. Good exercise and save money too.

I take MRT to work everyday from Pasir Ris, the land of the peasants. Sometimes I take Premium bus, but after that must eat grass for lunch.

I thought a survey was done recently that people staying in pasir ris are the richest, followed by Punggol etc...

Err, no. PRCs don't shave, remember? And they have to hang on to the overhead pole for balance on the MRT....

Our MRT and buses are fun to ride but only during off-peak hours. I think got more chio bus too during light hours.

agreed.. if off peak, quite a pleasurable ride..
