Hi Everyone,

Just registered, although has been lurking for about a month.

Ride is FL 320i. Very new to BMW, but enjoying driving it very much. So far did the K&N panel filter and DiamondVision headlights, other than that everything else is stock.

Will be going to Bangkok over CNY, leaving this Sunday. Wondering what's worth buying (for car). I read that R-Style is the place to go, is there any other place worth looking at?

I don't mind buying stuff on behalf of you guys, but have to be within what I can carry, and since I probably do not know what I'm buying you'll have to be very specific and hopefully item is not too big.

u must b KC.... MBK is the 7 levels shoppin building which u can go n see n buy stuffs. All for enhancung ur car's look. i dnt tink they sell performance parts!

Hey sub0, welcome & thanks for the offer to help buy. In terms of location, its more convinient but make sure you bargain abit. They've a couple of units in MBK. The higher floor shop, I think 6 or 7 flr carries bodykits as oppose to the 4 or 5 flr shop carries all the cosmetic mod stuff. Have a good trip.

Now bitten by the mod bugs yah? Try doing some research by searching for R-Style in our forum! There should be some photos and info that were discussed then! :wavey:

But go MBK for the senseless, decadent shopping instead! Shop till u go crazy, rest a bit, then go to the next building, and shop again!!

Hi All,

Presently at MBK, and went to R-Stlyle. Su is in Malayasia on holiday.

Only one CF Bonnet Emblem left, they not ordering again. Pedals seems to be available but did not check price.

R-Style now carries Angle Eyes, cheap ones though. The ones with just 2 clips at ends of curve lights. If I remember correctly it's about 2000 baht. Looks a bit flimsy and just hooks on to top of headlight assembly.

Other than that, I believe they still have the same things as listed in a previous thread.

Away from MBK, I found a proper mod shop selling original stuff for BWM and Merc. Prices seems higher than SGP, they said that it was due to taxes. They also sell HID kit, eg Xelux H7 HID kit is 9500 baht, seems reasonable.

They have plenty of mod shops here and I mean plenty. Looking theu their local car magazines you will be surprised by the number. Problem is that it is in Thai and asking the locals is very difficult due to language problems. There's also a Autobacs but don't know where it is.

So still have not bought anything for the car. But I bought a snooker cue and am pretty please with it. So far no complaints from other half, lugging her around to car accessories and snooker shops.
