hi everyone, I m new to BMW cars, hope everyone will guide me along =)

hi all, as stated above, I am quite new to BMW cars actually.

well, recently just bought a bmw 318i (nov 2009) from second hand car dealer.
however, after start driving for a few days, I start to realize that when my car is coming to a full stop, i will hear sound from the behind brake. is that normal??

I tried to bring down to the workshop by the car dealer, they keep saying is normal, because the brake is tight, blah blah blah, even the car dealer test drive, also say is normal.

so ya, i m quite confuse on this part.

can anyone guide me along?? n sorry for the long post~!

it just sounds abit like, jerking sound..like can feel like forcefully brake. the feeling is just like, jam brake feeling?? hahaha..

sorry ar, quite difficult to describe on words la..hahaha..

oh...ok.. but from what i see so far, the brake pads is new one la..just wonder why that the brake sound is so forceful.
anyway, one more question, actually i tot of changing the gearbox oil or ATF fluid just wondering where will be good (good n cheap) n how much it cost?? so i can start to save up first..hahaha...
