Hi all! I'm new to this forum. My name is exactly what u read... Joel See.
Yah some people told me before, when u pronounce both together Joe-See, it sounds like a girl's name. Anyhow, I'm cool about it.

I'm driving a BMW525. Not new, but pre-owned. I like the drive. Awesome machine BMW produces!

I'm working in the airline as a co-pilot. Probably some of my colleagues in this forum would have recognise me by now. Hi guys!

No particular hobbies. I like to play the guitar, but still taking lessons and learning tho. Like to swim gym, but hates running (Thank God this year is my reservist unit's last year...gonna MR with them!!!)

Looking forward to knowing the car more thru this forum, and making more friends.

Have a great weekend and ... Cheers!

-Joel :)

Thanks Leebmer!

Hey I'm still lost in this forum... Was trying to find out 2 trends in the forum but not good with navigating around yet. Hope u can help.

1) Am looking for commom problems for people face with their E60, and
2) Recommended servicing agents for BMW cars after the warranty period (ie. don't wanna go back to PML, so what r my options?)

Appreciate if u can help me with the headstart in searching for my answers...

Cheers!

hi welcome to bmw.sg

for the workshops, there are a few around like r2d, bvo, juzz for cars, etc. you can find them in the workshops and help section in the top corner.

as for the problems that e60 faces, you can search for the threads in the bmw technical discussion section.

Re: Hi All! Thanks for the warm welcome!

Hey Thanks Benji for your help! :) Appreciate

I just realised the workshops you mentioned are also sponsors of this websites. I believe they must all be good... But I don't suppose anyone would openly say which is better than which in terms of pricing and service etc since they are sponsors. Guess I just need to do my own homework asking the workshops themselves.

Cheers bro! :)

Hi Joelsee,

Congrats on your new ride and welcome aboard.

Good luck on your search. I can't advise too much on the service side, except to do your homework to find a reliable one.....

Meantime enjoy your ride and look forward to meet up in person for chat and sharing

There is a gathering 2moro at Red Dot Building's Public Carpark at 4pm....

Drop by if you are free....There is a thread on this event

You can PM me if you need direction

joelsee, if you have time, can check out that few workshops within the site sponsor...probably can stick with one of them so that they know your car and its history well...i'm currently with Boss...

Hi leebmer, understand from an ex-forummer who used to own a 335 that Boss's boss, Andre, is very sound in his knowledge of Bimmer.....
