Sell landed make few millions and buy condos under children name?

Like those reported sky high COV are paid using recycled money.

Money goes around.

Even hdb bto 6-7years back bought at 150-200k now worth 500-600k. Hahaha

got at $180k ... just finish mop ... saying no $800k no sell
several units in same block transacted at $600k+ before CM7

buy $180k, sell $600k, profit $420K ... DV saliva dripping ... lolz

I think there's always 2 sides of the story. If someone buys a HDB at 180K and trying to sell at 700K, would someone be sympathetic and sell at 400k ( earn enough already, leave some money on the table?)? NO, this is exactly the time to upgrade to condo, someone would say.

If someone is waiting to buy a HDB, and see 700K for a HDB, the someone will complain all the way from MRT to BUS, then prices are unreasonable until he got it at 180K and trying to sell it..... ( maybe try 800k?)

Human nature- be on the boat, otherwise you are in the water ( shout for help until you are on the boat)

Exactly! At $180k cost price it is likely to be a 5 room flat ya. I think the return of 233% is much better than the return of an average condo, landed or other HDB during the same period.

Wow didn't know Seng Kang is selling like hot cakes. No wonder ac323 can upgrade to F30 M3...

the only way to profit from this property boom is to sell at the market peak and migrate to other low cost countries.
selling your 1 million dollars hdb and buying a 2 million dollars condo is lan pa pa lan.
only by selling your 1 million dollars hdb and buying a 200,000 dollars freehold landed property in some other countries do your really make a gain.

a lot of people doing it, i dont think it is a big lobang.
just send your kids to study aboard and ask them to get a real PR and dont come back.
there is nothing permanent about sg PR,it is just a 5 year work permit.

My friend bto at fajar 5 room flat @$360k , my other friend bro at Clementi 4 room flat @$500k !

I got a dilemma to whether choose an ulu place to stay because of these huge price differences.....


But well Singapore will always have a nearby shopping centre, mrt/lrt nearby.. but then again, it's just too crowded..
