help!!bmw e36 interior noise!

hey guys,few months ago,my car's door panels start to 'squeek' and 'moan' when i travel over hump or when the car's body is flexing(which is most of the time),is there any way to fix this?please help!thanks in advance!

try spraying some lub on those sections suspected to be causing noise and see if it works.

Try changing the clips of the door panel.

your door trimmings' clips could be worn/cracked. check if they indeed are worn (open them if you know how to check beneath) and if so just get them replaced at most bmw workshops.

most likely the door clips are worn out plus the door panel holes holding the door clips are cracked....hence the noise
