hi all, new to this forum. Currently driving a mini cooper S (R53) JCW, and looking to changing to a 2-series coupe.

is it a good time to go into the market or should I wait out?

With regard to the blue highlighted statement above, IMHO there's no such thing here in Singapore. Good time maybe is when COE is $50 but then again, when u intent to sell, people will complain KNN COE so low
