Got hit by a Nissan Sunny in a car park!

Hi guys, my car was hit by a Nissan Sunny while reverse parking on Sat afternoon He reversed into my front passenger wheel arch area, scratching it, and now the alignment with the bonnet is slightly off. My front passenger rim is also scratched.

Which workshop do you guys recommend for such damage? I also want to check my wheel alignment as I think its slightly off now. I've reported the accident to IDAC and will claim against his insurance so the recommended workshop should be able to help me with the paperwork and filing etc. My car is from PI BTW.

My car was stationary leh!! How could I have hit him?? wTF? Anyways I'll just go ahead n claim. My passenger was shellshocked seeing the car moving towards my car and then collision.

hope u gotten a written agreement that the guy backed onto you and will pay for the damages!!! otherwise...

You can never be so sure that he will give the same scenerio, and your passenger words as a witness is pretty much useless...

We Singaporean drivers are a pityful lot:-

1. Already heart pain, disadvantaged
2. Have to worry about the other party turning around their words
3. Further inconvenience as have to get it repaired - file reports, AD usually ask to claim own insurance!

Really, every driver that got kissed by others is a lose-lose situation.

Be careful with the claim process. That bugger's insurance lawyers will surely sue you first and claim that you caused the accident. This is based on personal experience. Sucks but happens all the time.

Good luck with the repairs. Hope your baby will be back in shape soon.
