Good Deal for E46 320i?

Currently I am looking to buy a used E46 318 or 320.
Wife only approves budget for 318 but I am trying my luck.
Am looking at 2 to about 4 years old.

BTW is the following a good deal?
6/02 320 COE 40K, OMV 41K, Mileage: 80K
Asking $78000 about paper + body (I think)

How about this 318i? 31 Dec 2002, OMV-$38,873 COE-$23,890 Upgraded to BMW 17" alloy rim. Orginal BMW reverse senor and chomed door and same body colour handle. Only one owner and car is in very good condition. See to believe....
