They will tell u anything to rid their stock. A used and nicely done up one wld be a betta deal. U won't take too much a hit as compared to buying new. There are so many e46s on the road that when the new 3 series come out, the current model is bound to take a serious hit as some owners may lelong to upgrade to the new 3.

i very worried of 2nd hand, got bad experience b4... once bitten twice shy man... how much would a 03 2nd hand go for? 110- 115k?

109k... hmm, that's quite okay. the equip spec will be same as current model? i really liked the sports package - nice seats and steering wheel, cruise control too.

If you're lucky and look hard enuf...otherwisw it's mostly stock. Saw a 03/'03 318 in the papers a few days ago going for $107k if I'm not mistaken. Take your time. Prices of COE coming down..so time is on your side. Don't let these buggers hard sell you.

For brand new, you can try and squeeze your sales exec for it....which I think in most cases would give in if pushed hard enuf. For 2nd ones...I don't think so unless it's stated right from the start. Even if you buy a 2nd hand car thats stock, you don't have to worry about accessories/parts or mods as there are many thats always being put up for sale. Just take your time and don't rush in and make the same mistake like me..........rushed in too soon......kekeke

hi all,

first time considering a conti car. prev all jap cars.

went to bmw expo last weekend and tested the 318ia. pretty nice, esp the sports version. 139k - is that a good deal? (have not followed pricing trends for bimmers, so not sure).
