Gauges to monitor water temp and oil temp (or can IDrive do it)

Hi all, I have a query about the M3. I'm a bit of a fanatic when it comes to monitoring water temps and oil temps, especially on the track. It's a practice I've carried across from my previous car. I've just picked up an E92 M3 and would like to know whether this data can be accessed on the IDrive.

If it can't, has anyone fitted gauges (such as the Defi Advance ZD) to keep an eye on things when they go tracking? Would fitting the gauges would be enough to void the MA warranty?
