2. jeremy lee seow poh, blood gorup B+, 1.67m, 62.5kg, 100m in 12.7seconds, 2.4km in 11min 20sec, 3km in 14min, 36.5km on bike in 56mins.

Guys, happy to join in weather permitting.
A gentle reminder to all on the top 3 rules for playing against fat old men:
1. no kicking (neither the fat old man himself nor the ball if he gets anywhere near it);
2. no fast running after, along or near the fat old man (he does not need to be reminded of his current age and fitness level); and
3. no suggestions or instructions on or off the pitch to the aforesaid fat old man to the extent they may involve him in any form of exertion or - even worse - perspiration.
