This is the cross-examining of renowed Thai pathologist Dr Pornthip Rojanasunand on the inquest of Teoh Beng Hock's dealth on 18th August 2010. The lawyer representing MACC is Abdul Razak Musa.

A legal expert dwelling on legal technicalities, trying to poke the witness. It became a joke of the nation.......

It is not the language, but the legal logic behind his cross exam....

Example in Part 1 of Video - mixing up between recognition of pathologist's academic credentials vs her professional qualifications, given that she was already granted commission as one of the pathologists on the panel to present findings to the coroner. Poor attempt to discredit the pathologist.

Another example in Part 8 of Video - he said to the pathologist "yet after discuss, you still want to be differ from majority (referring to the other 4 doctors on the panel). .... when 1 against 4, we give it to 4..... we work on majority...." He forgot that the panel of pathologists were supposed to each give independent reviews to the coroner...... his argument appeared to have blacklabelled the pathologist's objectivity simply because she did not agree with the other 4 pathologists.

The DPP command of English is about Spore Pri 3....my son can probably arque better than him and he is in Pri 4. No substance in the DPP arqument at all...Well this is the resultant of years of extreme biased policy that favour race rather than meritocracy.
