Haha... I am really confused too, but have to go in to do something about it, trial and error liao. So, after lots of research online and going down to shops, its seems that my car is just too low and suspensions are too soft. So gonna tackle suspension liao la, put in and see how, current ones are old anyway I believe...

I am gonna be very honest with you, I think no one knows exactly what is wrong with your car. I read with amusements various advices to buy, to mod, to choose brands, to push products..... but without a proper diagnosis of the problem at hand.
I suggest you let someone familiar with E36 suspension - example Ah Wee at BVO or David at Boss - to verify the actual problem before acting on any advices.
Else it is blind advices (albeit with good intentions) leading the blind.
