Any bro know the bulb size used for M Aero kit fog lights? Is it HB4? Mine just blew up one.. still driving shoik shoik with one fog light. :whattheh: And what brand type you are using? Philips only comes with the 4300k for the HB4 type leh :screwedu: looking for 5k ones, or any bros letting go used one or got any spares lying around?

Yup, it's HB4. Can't remember the brand already but you should be able to get them at Autobac's. Think it's a Japanese brand, if I remember correctly..

This is a possible one you can get. 4550K.
It matches quite well with my Philips 5000K on the main headlights.

$104.30 at AutoBacs

That's the one that i bought to pair with my 4.3k xenons... a bit bluish. Sold it off... then now I got my 6k xenons, lan lan, must buy again! :verysad:

bro, you need stock fog lights? pm me.... I have 3 sets of fog lights in the back of my trunk...

Winston,

Bro i already bought the bulbs, same as what Azrielsc, is using. Thanks for offer.. ;)

sestriere,

Did u see the mechanics using that "gel" that comes with the fogs to lubricate the connections? There's a step-up from 55w to 110w for the fogs so Autobacs advice was to put it on due to the increase in power and as the result, heat. When I removed the fogs myself, I found out that the Autobacs mechanics forgot about the "gel".

Cheers!

Azrielsc,

didn't leh, they dun allow me to go in and see. M Aero fog easy to take out right? Remove the cover and some nuts to pull the bugger out. Maybe later I go check it myself

Don't allow u to go in and see?? I was chatting with Shaaz and the mechanic happily wilst he was changing the fogs!

Just push the cover to one side and it should pop out. There's one nut that is holding your fog so remove that and the whole foglight should come out, easy as pie!

Any probs, just call me @ 91866565!

Cheers!

Will do that, thanks bro.

I see the great white's car everyday, maybe open his one and testing first

Hi Guys,

My current high beam bulbs are stock. My main headlights are on Phillips. Would it be possible to change to the after market bulbs for my high beam?

What would be the recommendations?

Thanks :laughlik:

In addition to what Snowdog said, alot of people have advised against changing to white bulb or xenon for the highbeam. Reason being that your stock halogen is more effective in foggy situations or heavy downpour and u might have to turn on your high beam to help u whether in SG or NS.
