First Foray in Landed.

Hi guys, I've cashed out of me pigeon hole and is looking for a landed property.
Since some of you have been staying on the 'ground' floor for a while,
can you guys advice me what to look out for?
1.maintenance costs and norms,,,antenna, roof, leaks, longkangs, mosquito, garderner, etc tec...
2.taxes
3.types of other payment, garbage, cleaning, blah blah blah
4.how to chop parking in front of your house
5.any 'territories'???
6.Other government payments that i should be thinking of:errr:

when your neighbour fumigate, all the mosquito fly to your house to seek shelter. Very irritating. So it'll be best to coordinate with your neighbours, all one shot fumigate, otherwise everyone will be wasting money transferring mosquitoes between houses.

oh one more thing. and remember to lock your car. i've heard entire row of houses kena one guy climb in, open car door steal cashcard, then climb the side fence into neighbour house, do same thing, sweep the whole street. sibeh hiong.
