First aid kit and vehicle breakdown sign

a bit paiseh to say this but after driving around my F10 for over a year, I just found out yesterday there is actually a first aid kit and the vehicle breakdown sign in the boot!

Good thing was I never had to use any of these stuff. Dunno the items in the first aid kit expired already or not...
