St8800, very nice note on the exhaust! Ss exhaust finishing is those thin type right? Like those freshly cut steel pipe?

Ya SS very plain tips. Only left 1 last quad after me yesterday. MTL!

Re: Feed back on super sprint for F10

Hi bros,
While at the same topic of changing exhaust - just wanted to find out if its possible (and can any workshop recommend - FK?) do this: for F10 523i.
Noted that the more common brands of exos - SS, Sebring, Eisen, Hamman - quad modifications are done by simply having another running pipe frmo the single muffler on the left and then ending with a 'cut-out' right twin tips. From the back of the car, can see rather clearly that the right side exhauast tips have no depth and in fact, seems kinda 'fake' like those on the jap 'zhng' cars. Anyways to have an actual muffler alongside the right side tip? And/ or at least run the pipes to give it more 'depth' when viewed from behind? (noted when my car was jacked up for some tire change recently that the 523i exhaust actually runs similar to a 'M5/ 535i' where there is a converter near the centre of the car and it seems there is a 'run-path' for another pipe to go; one running to the original exhaust on the left and the other path nicely have a 'unused' route to the right of the car as well).

So just thinking how come no after market exos design to 'capitalise' on this more complete quad conversion look?

Thanks for any kind advise.

Cheers!

Re: Feed back on super sprint for F10

the watch quite hideous...even give normal casio also better

Re: Feed back on super sprint for F10

Haha bro, u are brutally honest. They ask me if want to change to blue face for $80... I said no thanks. I don't think I will wear as well.

Re: Feed back on super sprint for F10

I do agree with u on that, I did check with the Racetech former FK boss Ricky
on doing another piping to link with the stock ones so it won't look so fake,
but he says even If you do that still can tell,
if its twin muffler like 535 then it will cost more..
Where SS only cost $2.5k for single muffler box with quad tips..

Re: Feed back on super sprint for F10

Yup... the 535 Remus Quads will cost 26% more.

Re: Feed back on super sprint for F10

Thanks guys for all the pointers.

Will speak to the exhaust experts on what can be done then.

Cheers!

Re: Feed back on super sprint for F10

Bro... in this world, if u are willing to pay... there is normally a solution:

From 3D/Arqray - Someone paid US$3500 for these. Check with our 3D site sponsor... maybe they carry or cheaper... but won't be by much

Re: Feed back on super sprint for F10

Thanks bro!

Saw another one - Eisenmann Race - also got a 'semi muffler' on the right side for the other twin tips...so from the back will look like got 2 similar mufflers...(but not sure if LTA compliant.

As for the above u attached..looks good too...just that the right twin tips a bit shorter than the left ones...;(
Is this one LTA compliant?

Re: Feed back on super sprint for F10

Not sure bro, u need to check with 3D our site sponsor. The pic was taken in HK..

Re: Feed back on super sprint for F10

Oh, Juzz for Cars brings in Arqray. U can try and pm Snowdog.

Re: Feed back on super sprint for F10

$2300 incl GST. Yes... LTA approved.
