F10 pre lci xenon

Hi we all know that when the headlight turns on, the angel eye ring will dim. Did any bro code for the brightness to remain? Any overheat issue on the xenon?
Notice the f30 xenon, not led headlight will have equal brightness so thought it is possible for the brightness of xenon and angel eye to be the same

Btw today i saw a lci e60 with angel eye as white and bright like f10. Swee and wonder what was done to it.
