F10 Gear change

Hi, my mileage is 62k, have not change transmission oil though. Lately been noticing there's a noticeably pull feel when the gear change esp from gear 3 to 4, and the rest of the gear change isnt that smooth either.

Is there any problem besides possible transmission oil change is due?

maybe software issue?

Thinking of doing a atf change as well as rear diff oil change. Which ws is good?
