if you're adventurous enough, you can DIY a bit and clean up your fuel tank as much as you can to reduce the contaminents.
remove your rear seats by yanking it in an upward motion. it shouldnt require much strength. get the seat belts out of the way.
remove the layer of sound insulation.
you'll see your fuel pump. twist it in an anticlockwise direction. it's pretty much like opening a jar of jam. put the whole thing in a bucket or something since petrol is now dripping all over the place.
remove your fuel and put them in the bucket. it'll be easy to use a hose, like how ppl clean their fish tank.
the engine oil is heavy and it should all be neatly settled at the bottom. suck them out using the hose in a similar way. reduce the contaminents as much as possible. i'm not sure if the reserve tank contains any engine oil, it all depends on your petrol level at the time engine oil is poured in.
pour the petrol back otherwise the car will not start, and replace the fuel pump.
i'm not sure if the filter is fine enough to trap engine oil. i suspect they may still pass through and clog up your fuel lines up till your fuel injectors as they are much more viscous.
try to keep your fuel tank as full as possible all the time (with petrol), try not to go below half tank.
be prepared, at any stage in your future journey, that your car will splutter off and die, or, mucho white or blue smoke coming out of your exhaust like a choo choo train. it'll be good to keep the PML towing number handy by your side.
Alternatively, you can pay PML several hundred dollars to clean out both your petrol tanks.
drive slow and dont do hard acceleration as this increases the sucking strength of the fuel pump.
