hi guys,any experience with replacing stock headlight with aftermarket headlight from eagles or sona?review pls,from what i know mcwell venture carry this 2 brand,any othe place to get it?

FYi.

Not sure about e90 but for e46, i got a pair from Eagle with the angle eyes installed.

been 5 years been v gd.

changed the bulbs 1x after 3+yr

i got it via ebay though.... eg: 2006-2008 BMW E90 E91 TWIN CCFL HALO LED SMD BAR PROJECTOR HEADLIGHTS LAMP BLACK | eBay

this was a different supplier.. but you get the idea.

Sonar angel eye seems to be brighter.
I got it in JB.

Saw a bro car in workshop that got his sonar headlight from mcwell. But his ae was way much dimmer than mine... He was so unhappy with mcwell. Same brand but differnt brightness

One good thing getting from mcwell is they give 1yr warranty and no error light on dashboard.
I got to find pple to do coding to get rid of my error light. Not sure if it was due to my hid or headlight though.

samuel, your light set is supposed to come with a cancellor.
didn't they give u that?

Nope. Got it from a JB workshop who dun really know how to handle bmw. My previous mazda was ok for them though. I did the headlight and HID with them as the Price was good.
Then came back SG find my workshop settle the error light.

The Mcwell one is actually using halogen bulb for the main light.
Did your jb workshop lup a HID Kit onto your headlight set? hehe

Actually can use halogen la, but I backside itchy go change HID. Haha
