HI Tein1207,
The most likely part you require is the window lifter, as this is a common problem with the e90. Another possibility is the motor, do get it checked at a workshop to confirm.

Common issue. Happened to my BOTH rear left and right side - just 2weeks apart! Most likely the window lifter assembly.
Try pressing on the power window buttons and listen for the motor sound. If you can hear the motors working, there's a good chance that they are still good.
Also, if the lifter is broken, u may be able to use your hands to physically pull up the window. Do that and place a suction cup at the bottom of the window to prevent it from falling back down as a stop-gap measure. With the rain these days, not advisable to drive around with the windows down.
I bought my window lifter replacements from the nice people at Eng Soon, and got them replaced at my regular workshop. Should be a small issue.

Wow! That's cheap and good service! I got the part from Eng Soon and got workshop to fix it up. The lifter itself is about that price you mentioned. Original part though.
Do check the FULL functionality of your power window after replacement though. Initially, workshop tried to use an after-market part and after the window was wound down fully, I had to press the button twice before the window can come back up. Not a huge issue - but still a nuisance. Replacing it with the original part bought from Eng Soon solved that issue.
