Nice! Shld be more powerful than the current M3 rite? but the coupe's door design looks staunted(photoshop?)... But nonetheless it's a great move by BMW GmBH to make a turbo again...

Current M3's power on paper is 343bhp, so slighlty more than the E90 335 turbo
However, M3's torque is surely much less than the latter.
This car will probably only be launched after the E90 M3 is out..
A smart move by BMW indeed to fill in the gap btwn E90 330 258bhp vs the rumoured 400+bhp of the new beast.
Now the GM question is :
E46 M3 or E90 335 twin turbo for the same price?

I think the E90 335i will definitely be less than the E46 M3, it is after all not an M car, I think the E90 M3 shouldn't be priced that much more than the E46 M3.
Perhaps one way to "guess" the prices BMW will be asking is to look at how Audi price their top range A4 vs S4 vs RS4, where the 3.2l (or is it 3.0l) A4 = 330i, S4 ~ 335i and RS4 = M3
What if suddenly LTA allows for private diesel cars, we can go for E90 335d instead!

fantastic. displacement + turbo is always a good combination. lots of torque, plus that nicely balanced in line 6 cylinder to rev.
i don thtink its a diesel engine block though. just that they have taken the concept of twin turbo charging from the diesel engine range (but that idea been around for a w hile)

Looks like got a lot of room to squeeze more power. The M54 3L can already produce 300rwhp with FI, so 330hp at crank is modest for twin-turbo.
