E60 front wheel sound

To all guru,

My E60 after brake and rotor change got a tic tic sound when the wheel turn. It's very faint only when traveling almond a wall then the sound can be heard. At first Thot is a stone trap at tyre grove but turn out no stone....... Will visit ws next week

My previous brake related tic tic sound was caused by the brake wear sensor wire dangling around hitting something.......
