I'm currently having a problem with the RPM of the car. The RPM is currently not constant upon start up and is above the normal RPM and something, the engine die off and have tried to start the car again.I was wonder did any e36 encounter this problem before? I went to a few work shop and they told me is the control valve problem and A4 thingy. I change the A4 thing but there is still some problem.
Please help me with your experience

thanks

BMW E36 Rough Idle Problems | BMW E36 Blog

There are still many E36 enthoos around the world, just do a search on google with some key words and you'll find many infomation on common problems.

But then again, its hard to tell the workshop people the information you found on internet... they'll give you the I Mech or You Mech look.
