Door Panel/Window Creaks

My front door panel &/or windows (both sides) seem to be extremely creaky.
Every time I turn car, I get the creaks (sounds) coming from both front
doors/windows.

Anyone has same problem & resolved it?
Has been happening for a while & getting on my nerves.

Mine is an e39.

My E46 is having the same problem too. Had John from J4C sprayed something onto the seal but the noise is still there. Any help?

my e46 side passenger window has the same creaking noise.. sprayed silicon gel on it.. helped for a week then its back.. cant stand it anymore.. changing the window seal next week..

This is what happened to my car... E46 318 sport, 2004. dealer had to replace rubber seals and realign the silver trim surrounding the doors.
